Here’s a preview of what’s coming next:
Every new Lunar executive brings us closer to unlocking the next upgrade.
Meet the Lunar Corporations
In Lunar Rush, each corporation brings its own philosophy to the race for lunar resources. Some focus on efficiency, others push technological breakthroughs, and some rely on outside expertise to maximize their production and profits.
Here’s a look at the five corporations competing to shape the future of the Moon.
CasCore
Founded in 1995 in San Lazaro, United States, CasCore began as an internet security firm and quickly rose to prominence during the cybernetic revolution of the 2030s. As off-world infrastructure expanded in the 2040s, CasCore secured major contracts protecting lunar facilities and spacecraft systems.
After suffering a major setback when a virus infected many Shui Guo cybernetic users, the company spent decades rebuilding its reputation. Today, CasCore is once again a leading provider of secure software and operational systems for governments and private space missions.
Cullen Ventures
Founded in 2002, this Australian conglomerate built its reputation on bold research investments. Its early success came from developing genetically modified plant-based foods capable of surviving harsh environments, including the Australian Outback and eventually the Moon.
Those breakthroughs funded a wide range of ambitious projects. Cullen Ventures continues to invest heavily in experimental technologies—and despite accusations of “gambling,” its track record of successful innovations speaks for itself.
MinerÍnca
Established in 1977 in Lima, Peru, MinerÍnca grew into the world’s leading producer of highly efficient mining equipment. By the late 2000s, its machines dominated terrestrial extraction industries.
In the 2100s, the company expanded into space-based mining, creating specialized vehicles and equipment for lunar, planetary, and asteroid environments. MinerÍnca’s technology focuses on durability, integrated control systems, and maximizing extraction efficiency.
NEURO
Originally founded as Northern Europe Research (NEUR) in Berlin in 1999, the company focused on neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Under the leadership of Dr. Bakkal, NEUR became a pioneer in advanced robotics during the 2030s.
After helping solve the global computer virus crisis, the organization rebranded as NEURO (Northern European Research Omicron). Today, NEURO provides cutting-edge robotic systems that support lunar bases and space missions while continuing to push the boundaries of AI and neuroscience.
Shui Guo
Founded in 2005 in Taipei, Shui Guo began as a consumer electronics company before rapidly expanding into a global technology conglomerate. During the 2030s, it pioneered the widespread consumer adoption of cybernetics.
A devastating virus crisis in the mid-2000s damaged the company’s reputation for decades, but Shui Guo eventually recovered and expanded into robotics and space infrastructure. Today it is one of the largest manufacturers of off-world vehicles and modules, responsible for many of the Moon’s most iconic structures.
Which Corporation Would You Lead?
If you were running one of the Lunar Rush corporations, which one would match your playstyle best?
Which corporation would you run — and why? What kind of lunar strategy would you pursue?
We’d love to hear how you would approach the race for lunar resources.
A Final Community Quest Is Coming…
Once Quest #2 voting concludes, we’ll launch our final community quest next week.
In this quest, you’ll vote for your favorite Lunar corporation. Supporters of the winning faction will earn a special place in the rulebook credits, so start thinking about which corporation deserves to claim the Moon.
The race for lunar dominance continues!

Hello Lunar Executives!
Happy Friday!
Quest #2 Voting
Workers = production, and production = money! More workers on the Moon sooner? Yes please! 🤑
Once again, we have an amazing Gold Module and a less-than-amazing name.
Voting ends on Monday, March 2 at 11:59 PM Pacific time (GMT - 8).
Have a great weekend!

Quest #1 Winner | Quest #2 Begins
– Wed, Feb 25, 2026 at 07:52:28 AM
Hello Lunar Executives,
Quest #1 Winner
The winning name for Gold Module 1 is...
Cyclopean Production Array - Because each word in the name fits the card. "Cyclopean" (giant or enormous) represents the size of the facility and alludes to the use of on-site cyborgs and robots. "Production" denotes the facility's primary purpose, while "Array" illustrates the variety of output (4 different items).
Congratulations to Ryan Finkenbine! You will receive $10 of pledge manager credit, and credit in the rulebook (if you want that).
Quest #2: Rename "Cryogenic Pods"
Once again, we have an amazing Gold Module and a less-than-amazing name. Restricted space on ships is at the core of gameplay, being able to add extra Astronauts (or a Cyborg, or Robots) to a ship can make a huge difference.
Quest Rules
Our suggested age for Lunar Rush is 14+. We ask that suggestions be appropriate for kids of that age. If we deem a suggestion inappropriate for any reason, it will not make it into the voting rounds.
To submit a name for consideration, add a comment in the main Kickstarter comments section. Give it a subject line of "Gold Module 1 Name" followed by the name suggestion. Feel free to elaborate on why it is a good name. Here is an example:
"Gold Module 3 Name
Cryogenic Pods - because it IS very cold and I could not think of anything better..."
Only one name suggestion per person.
Submit your suggestions on the main KS comments area by 11:59 PM Pacific time (GMT -8), Thursday Feb 26.
If the same name is suggested by more than one person, the first person to suggest it will get credit.
After we gather submissions, then the voting will begin and all the backers will get to vote for their favorite!
